About me

A native of Germany, I grew up in Würzburg in Bavaria. I received my B.Sc. in Business Administration and M.Sc. in Management at the University of Mannheim in Germany, before moving to Storrs, Connecticut for my PhD. I am entering my fifth year of the Marketing Ph.D. at the University of Connecticut.

When not working on research or teaching, I enjoy hiking, kayaking & canoeing, skiing, and other outdoor activities. I also love swimming (I used to compete) and cooking traditional German dishes.
